Mike Hutchison M.Ost

Mike holds a Master's degree from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO). He began his career in private practice before moving to London to work in the NHS, where he gained broad experience in musculoskeletal care within GP surgeries—managing conditions ranging from back pain to post-operative rehabilitation of knees, hips, and shoulders.
His growing interest in complex spinal pain led him to specialise in spinal care, securing a role in Somerset as an Enhanced Practice Physiotherapist in spines. There, he supported patients with persistent spinal and chronic pain using a person-centred, cognitive functional approach, while working closely with orthopaedic spinal physiotherapists for cases requiring invasive interventions such as spinal injections or surgery.
Mike has pursued further Master's-level study focused on deepening his expertise in managing persistent spinal pain. He is passionate about helping people in pain return to the activities they value, using a tailored, evidence-based approach built on years of clinical experience.
In addition to his spinal clinic, Mike works full-time in the NHS as a Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist across GP surgeries in Cheshire.
Philippine Tauvel M.Ost

Philippine has 10 years of clinical experience and has worked in private osteopathic practice, physio led pilates under industry leaders in London and as a senior musculoskeletal clinician in the NHS. She now combines expert skills learnt from each role to deliver a patient-first approach that is rooted in evidence-based practice.
Philippine loves working with people who are ready to take an active approach in their treatment. Her specialty is movement based rehabilitation for spinal pain which she prescribes using a person centred cognitive functional approach.
In her NHS role, she was lucky enough to work closely with orthopaedic specialist physiotherapists which allowed her to develop knowledge of all musculoskeletal conditions. This experience places her well to direct her patients to the right healthcare professional in the rare occasion she isn't able to help.
She is dedicated to getting her patients out of pain and back to what they love doing by providing long lasting solutions that reduce the need for ongoing treatment.
Philippine is able to offer treatments in French as this is her mother tongue.
